APCA POS - Palliative Care Outcome Scale (adults)
APCA IPOS - Integrated Palliative Care Outcome Scale (adults, includes symptom list)
APCA C-POS - Children's Palliative Care Outcome Scale (children and young people)
APCA POS and APCA IPOS are sent to you by email as soon as you register. APCA C-POS is a new measure: after registering you will book a short training session with APCA, and the C-POS package is sent to you once training is completed.
