Operational Leadership
The APCA Secretariat, led by the Executive Director, serves as the operational arm of the organization, implementing strategic decisions and managing day-to-day activities. This dedicated team of professionals works tirelessly to advance palliative care across Africa through program implementation, research coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative excellence. The Secretariat bridges the gap between strategic governance and ground-level impact, ensuring that the Board's vision translates into meaningful action across the continent.
